One Body Many Branches

It started by focusing simply on the breath—not the thoughts around it, just the quiet rhythm of air moving in and out. As the mind settled, I noticed something deeper: a feeling of energy rising from the ground up through the body, like how a plant grows from a seed.

This energy moved upward like a stem reaching toward the light. At the very tip, it seemed to pass through a kind of invisible shaping tool—like the end of a pastry bag—where energy became form. It could become a leaf, a flower, or later, a fruit. The shape changed, but the energy was the same, just unfolding stage by stage.

It felt like that first seed had built-in instructions, and as it grew, those instructions kept unfolding into new shapes. The branches were like new generations, each one growing from the same source but reaching out in its own way.

Then the image shifted. I saw two islands rising from the sea, each with people growing and living on them. Over time, the people on the islands forgot they were part of the same earth. They started arguing, even fighting—just like two heads on one body, not realizing they share the same heart.

We, too, are shaped from the same energy. Different forms, different faces—but underneath, the same source. The same earth.

As this awareness settled in, I noticed parts of my body starting to gently vibrate. Tension began to release. The breath moved more freely. The vibration had a peaceful, pleasant tone—like the body was tuning itself, harmonizing from within.

And that peaceful tone seemed to spread everywhere.
