
Mental formations are thought images that pop up into your mind.
Each one has a feeling tone of liking, not liking or remaining neutral.
Each one when viewed is an objective thought image with “you”
being the subject that views it.
After consciously naming the above feeling tone place attention on the thought,
“this mental formation is not me.”
Then wait for the next mental formation, sensation or perception
to come into your awareness.
Repeat.
Remain sitting in stillness repeating the above until waves of
bliss spontaneously arrive.
