Balloons Air God And Happiness 2-11-2021

Imagine your sitting quietly with a pile of colorful balloons in your lap.  You pick one up, stretch it and then blow it up; tying off the end.  You choose another balloon of a different color and blow that one up too. And again.  As your mind starts to wander thinking about balloons, blowing them up and the power and size of your breath you find yourself thinking that its the same air inside the balloon as outside.  Not a big deal but that the air in the balloon is more dense it is compressed and it tries to expand pushing against the inside of the balloon so that the balloon expands and becomes blown up.

Interesting the balloon is filled with air and at the same time it is surrounded by air.  But yet the balloon is not air.

Think about that for a moment.  Something, in this case a balloon, is filled and surrounded by something else, air, but it is not air.

Now replace air with God and the balloon with you.

Jewish mystical tradition describes that God is both inside of everything and also surrounds everything. So like the balloon although you are filled with God and surrounded by God you are not God.

However, everything you touch is also filled with and surrounded by God.  It is as if God were like a cup filled with and running over with oil.

Lubricated inside and out by God.

Bathed in God.

Breathing God in and breathing God out.

By breathing God in and out you soften and melt into a puddle of happiness.
