Impermanence is happening — now.
*
Everything is falling apart and continually growing — always.
*
Energy is adding on and falling away.
*
Breath goes in and breath goes out.
*
Time flows continually.
*
We get lost for moments to hours to days to lifetimes living in cubby holes made up of swirling whirlpools of bits of energy — that appear as solid as you and me.
*
I am only as solid as I make up my mind to be — and only as happy.
*

The experience of every moment is ending just as the following experience begins. How long is an experience? Now and now and now again.
*
As nothing is passing by we grab onto a glimpse of its scenery.
*
Is the experience of rubbing your palm on the carpet — in your hand or your mind? Is a dog barking across the lake being heard — there or here?
*
Experience is empty even while it is passing by. Even as your senses reach out to touch it or grab it by the horns — it slips through your fingers like water.
*
Even though — in awakened moments of choice you might as well choose to be happy.
*
Why not — It just feels better.
