March For Our Lives. 3-24-2018

Sitting still at Colony Hotel sipping a cold draft waiting for the parade to go by. Beatles music is playing from the bar inside. We are here in support of the Stop The BS. It’s March 24 2018. Millions of people are joining together to voice our frustration with our elected leaders inaction on sensible gun laws.

We are all part of the solution as well as the problem. Everything exists as well as its opposite. A stick has two opposite ends. Break that stick in half and each piece still has two opposite ends. Extreme calm has its opposite of extreme violence. But this is world wide. We seem to be the extreme violent part of the world.

I have two wishes. One is for me not to add to the energy of violence. The second is to advance the practice and understanding of being at peace with oneself others and the world. One way to do is is through the cultivation of happiness. Discovering what I can be for rather than what I can be against.

See the end in the beginning. Do the last thing first. We all have a part to play whether in action or inaction. Choose wisely.
